This proposed joint venture development is an ideal location to absorb the tranquillity and tradition of the Italian experience. Situated between the little towns of Southern Italy and the embracing seafront, on the northern coast of the Salento peninsula. A land of seafarers and peasants, where olive oil, the pride of the Apulia region, has been produced since time immemorial. Furthermore, the estate is dotted with thousand-year-old olive trees that date back to the very foundation of the neighbouring town by the Greek settlers. This development currently spans six hectares of building land where we plan to build 18 resort-style villas. The atmosphere reigning here is like no other, lulled by the mild winds of the Adriatic Sea, under a beneficial sun all year round.
